Due to the hybrid nature of the bridge, there are cases where bridge transactions may fail to process. All user funds are safe in these cases and refunds are automatically processed back to the user on the source chain. If you believe you are owed a refund, but did not see funds sent back to your wallet, please contact support immediately.
